Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If the item is defective, we will arrange to replace it or refund you.
Send an email to info@onadance.com with all your purchase details (full name and order number).
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND AMOUNT?
Once we have received your email with all the information and your item arrives at our office in perfect condition, we have checked that everything is correct and the product is in good condition. We will then proceed to refund the amount by crediting the credit or debit card with which you made your purchase. The refund amount corresponds to the purchase you made, not including shipping costs.
If you made the payment via Paypal, we will proceed to refund the amount to your Paypal account.
Shipping
You can receive your order at your home in the shortest possible time, depending on stock.
Delivery time will range from 5 to 10 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
We will send you an email after receiving the purchase order with the order confirmation and the estimated date on which the customer will receive the product.
Ona Dance will not be responsible for any delays that may occur due to reasons beyond its control.

Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €6.50
Andorra: €15
Canary Islands: €15
Europe: €15
